James Clark BA (Hons) MCD MRTPI
Director
James is a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors including senior and management roles at the London Boroughs of Camden, Enfield, Croydon, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Redbridge. In addition, James held positions at Local planning authorities in Surrey and Essex.
He particularly specialises in Green Belt development, Prior notification applications, Residential/Mixed use development and planning appeals. During his time in Local government, he delivered a multitude of schemes, as varied as the restoration of an at-risk Grade II listed building used by Guy Fawkes to Flood alleviation projects and Major Housing developments.
