Successful Appeal for two storey rear extension in Billericay

The property in Billericay Essex, was refused planning permission for a two storey 3m rear extension by the Local authority (Basildon) following a submission by a local architect. Concept planning were instructed by the owner to appeal the decision by Basildon Borough Council.

Concept Planning successfully presented a case to the Planning Inspectorate that the physical alterations would have no unreasonable harm to the neighbouring amenity and the assessment of the council was in accurate.  The appeal was consequently allowed. As can be seen in the before and after photos the improvements to the property are clear and the quality of internal accommodation is excellent.
